A price is wrong

GoTank shows the prices stations report to their country's official price service. We can't change them, and the price on the pump always counts. If a station looks wrong for a long time, email us its name and address, and we'll check the source.

I didn't get a sign-in code

• Check your spam or junk folder for mail from noreply@gotank.forkly.co.
• Codes expire after a short time. Ask for a new one in the app.
• Make sure the email address is typed correctly.

The app can't find my location

Allow GoTank to use your location in Android settings, or search for a place by name in the app instead.

Which countries are covered?

Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Croatia and Slovenia. The sources are credited in the app under Settings → Price data sources.

Do I need an account?

The phone app needs an email address to sign you in, so your favourite stations and brands can sync to your car. The car app works without an account.

Your data

You can download your account data in the app under Settings → Account → Download my data. To delete your account, see Delete your account. Full details are in the privacy policy.
