Delete your GoTank account

You can delete your GoTank account, and all the data on our servers linked to it, at any time.

In the app

Open GoTank on your phone.
Go to Settings and tap your account.
Tap Delete account, then confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email privacy@forkly.co from the email address you signed in with, and ask us to delete your account. We'll delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner, and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Your email address and account ID
Your favourite stations and brands
Your sign-in log entries (sign-in times and IP addresses)

We keep nothing linked to you after deletion. The only exception is email you sent us: we may keep it for up to 3 years as a record of your request, as explained in the privacy policy.

Data on your device: your fill-up log, car setup and home location are stored only on your phone or car, never on our servers. Deleting your account doesn't remove them. To remove them, uninstall the app or clear its storage in Android settings.
